1. One-time publishing fee
We charge a one-time fee to publish and permanently share a gift list. The fee is shown before checkout.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, this right may not apply to digital services once performance has started, when you have requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
3. When we may grant a refund
- Duplicate payment or erroneous charge.
- Service not delivered due to a technical failure attributable to us.
- Other cases required by applicable law.
