  • Account data: name, email address, authentication details.
  • Wishlist data: baby name, event dates, descriptions, gift items and related information.
  • Purchase marking data (optional): purchaser name, purchaser email, message to the parents.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser data, logs (for security and troubleshooting).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide the service and manage your account (contract).
  • Process payments and issue confirmations (contract / legal obligation).
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
  • Send transactional emails and notifications related to your lists (contract).

4. Recipients and processors

We may use service providers that process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments).

  • Stripe (payments).
  • Email delivery provider (transactional emails).
  • Hosting / infrastructure providers.
  • Analytics / tag manager tools if enabled.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, appropriate safeguards are used (e.g., SCCs).
