1. How to exercise your rights

Please include the email associated with your account and enough information to identify your request.

2. Rights you can request

  • Access: obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and get a copy.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data, when applicable.
  • Restriction: request limitation of processing in certain cases.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, when applicable.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest, when applicable.

3. Identity verification

To protect your privacy, we may request additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

4. Response times

We will respond as soon as possible, and in any case within the time limits established by applicable law (typically one month).

5. Complaints

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In Spain, the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
